Restaurant Operation Manager

Responsibilities,
- To conduct or participate in regularly departmental meetings and to provide a regular forum for improving departmental communication.
- Facilitating & coordinating communication between outlets and corporate office (eg on menu planning & consolidation of orders of products and ingredients, etc.).

- Ensure accuracy of all menus: current, correct, spelled correctly, clean and presentable.
- Ensure menu descriptions are up to date and distributed appropriately.

Requirements,
- Relevant 2 to 3 years experience in an established 5 star hotel
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good hospitality sense and able to work varied shifts and conduct service training
- You will be resourceful with a flexible outlook, have the ability to multi-task in order to handle completion

- Superb inter-personal skills and instant credibility are essential as you will be inter-facing with a number of people from different backgrounds and cultures.
