Mulligans are sanctioned by Scripture

Golfing purists can be quite inflexible in their adherence to the conventions and rules of golf. In studying the Bible he received he finds apparent Scriptural sanction for the Mulligan, which may in time lead to a greater number of guiltless opportunities for playing golf.
