Developed exclusively by Mungo, hauSmart employs the most progressive ideas in new construction to ensure that each home is on the cutting edge of efficiency, affordability and convenience.

One of the main components of hauSmart is that, at completion, each and every home is tested by Home Energy Group -- an independent third party -- to ensure quality and energy efficiency. Each home will receive a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) rating (much like a new car MPG rating) that will project annual energy savings. Advanced construction techniques are being employed so that Mungo homes are now more energy efficient than a new standard code-built home and even more energy efficient than Energy Star rated homes.

No other builders in the market are currently testing and rating a home’s energy efficiency.
