(MPI), a full service commercial real estate firm, announced today that it has changed its name to Murray Commercial effective immediately. At the same time, the company announced its year to date operational achievements for 2011.

• Brokerage Transactions exceeding $10,000,000 including 5 recent dispositions
• Property Management portfolio grew to 27 managed assets totaling over 600,000 square feet

Even as the Suburban market continues to see rising unemployment levels and tenants consolidate where possible, Murray Commercial absorbed over 25,714 square feet in its portfolio of leased and managed assets. “We are very pleased with the significant progress Murray Commercial has made in advancing our strategic plan to attract new talent and expand our client base."
