Music Pioneer Ernestine Anderson receives Women’s History Month Honors

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 18, 2010 -- On March 25, 2010 in honor of Women’s History Month, Darrius Willrich and the Seattle Soul Collective will bestow honors upon a music pioneer, Ernestine Anderson. Also recognizing Ms. Anderson’s contributions to the Seattle R&B and Jazz music community and for bringing International acclaim to the city will be Professional Women’s organization - the Greater Seattle Chapter of The Links, Inc., The Office of Mayor McGinn, and Governor Christine Gregoire.

The ceremony will take place at 7:30PM prior to the spring concert by Darrius Willrich at The Triple Door 216 Union Street, Seattle, WA 98101 [$15 advance/$20 at Door] Opening for Willrich and his 10 member band will be Donyea Goodman, a noted Gospel and R&B music producer who will be making his debut as a performing artist.
