The initial capital investment will enable the company to formally launch public beta trials for key constituent groups, which include Los Angeles, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada nightclub, bar, and event venues.

For the past twenty-four months, MySocialNightlife.com has been testing its consumer-facing platform among a small group of nightlife enthusiasts in order to understand the behavior of the industry’s target demographic. So far, the testing has proven effective and has provided insights allowing the company to build a robust back-end venue management solution. The web-based, social media-integrated system will change the way organizations promote their offerings, super-serve their customers, and manage the overall nightlife experience.
