The Global Nations National Pageant was held on February 11, 2012 in Sacramento, CA. The new 2012 reigning queens are:
Teen Miss Global Nations is Layne Alkire of Virginia Beach, VA
Miss Global Nations is Tiffany Knight of San Diego, CA
Ms. Global Nations is Andrea Holland of San Francisco, CA
Mrs. Global Nations is DeAnna Emborski of Virginia Beach Virginia

The new queens will be making numerous appearance throughout the United States, promoting their platforms and the pageant.
