In fact, according to Wall Street Journal’s “Market Watch,” stress on the job currently plagues about 80 percent of American workers.

As a former executive with Dell Inc., business advisor and event host, Jeneth Blackert can sympathize with the feelings of being overwhelmed in the workplace, which eventually led to her own corporate crash-and-burn. Blackert began to dread her time at work and made a move toward independence from corporate America. After building and selling a successful business she began to receive requests from others looking to jump start their careers, which led her to professional consulting.

As a business advisor, she began to observe a series of thought and emotional patterns that cause stress and hold people back from attaining career goals. In her upcoming event, The New Wealth Experience (Austin, TX, February 10-11), Blackert shares the stage with seven thought leaders all working to shifting your emotional thoughts and feels – what she describes as dragons – that hinder success. Using visualization, questions, and energy techniques, during the event participants open their mind and ask themselves tough questions and helps them tame their mental dragons.

She explains how taming these thought/energy patterns can lead to inner poise, confidence and success.
