On September 1st 2009 Loans4heroes will launch their new pilot program ZERO4Heroes mortgage loan program and begin the process of accepting new loan applications to pre-qualify hero buyers for new home purchases. The program will offer FHA and Conventional finance options to all qualified applicants, and eliminate ALL Broker Fees, origination fees, processing fees, and miscellaneous junk fees, for all loan applications originated on or after September 1st 2009.
