NETIM has carried out a satisfaction survey in the beginning of 2011 to know guidelines to improve, and has realised that customer were waiting for special rates, especially if they are managing an important portfolio.

Those new rates are calculated on the customers’s purchase volume on the last 12 months. Those new rates allow NETIM to adjust its prices on competitors ones.

Moreover, this new rates list have been thought to reward most loyal customers, who are managing an important domain names portfolio.

Herebelow is the new rates list :

Under 250 Euros, customers get the public rates list
From 250 Euros, they reach the rates level 1
From 750 Euros, they reach the rates level 2
From 1000 Euros, they reach the rates level 3
From 5000 Euros, they reach the rates level 4
From 10000 Euros, they reach the rates level 5

Customers’s category is calculated every time they are ordering on NETIM’s website with their own handle. They can also benefit from rates always adapted to their purchase voume.
