New 50 Hz, Mid-Range Gum Removers

The 5050CVG combines an industrial steam cleaner, commercial vacuum cleaner, anti-allergen HEPA filtration system with Daimer®'s proprietary Gum Exterminator® gum removal technology. The new machines ship with a concentrated biodegradable gum dissolving fluid.

High-Performance Gum Removers with Steam Cleaning

Each 5050CVG gum removers yields nearly 8.3 bar of pressure and temperatures that can approach 165°C. The systems are equipped with all-steel 5 liter boiler systems and 10 liter auto-refill water chambers designed to improve productivity. Each machine features a no-fuss hand control unit for managing detergent flow as well as steam.

The gum removers integrate a full steam cleaner base unit with Daimer®'s Gum-Exterminator® chewing gum extraction system. The gum system incorporates: a steel scrubbing component, a squeegee extractor, and enough concentrated biodegradable, gum removal concentrate to make slightly more than 80 liters of diluted chemical cleaner.

The steam gum removers also contain a 14-liter, commercial wet-and-dry vacuum extractor and two kinds of hygienic filtration, including a 3-micron HEPA unit.

These portable steam cleaners carry full Daimer® warrantees for the boiler (lifetime coverage) and parts (3 years).
