NEW ASSISTANT MANAGER PROMOTED AT ADVANCED BUSINESS ACQUISITIONS, INC

Adan Gomez who started with the company in June 2011 is just the type of ambitious and motivated person they value.

Adan Gomez got promoted to Assistant Manager at Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc in January 2012. He started at the entry level position June 2011. President of ABA Julie Strait states, “Promotions at ABA are not based on merit they are passed on performance. Adan getting promoted to a management level in 6 months speaks wonders about the work ethic and commitment he has. I am thrilled he is now part of the leadership team.”

Adan Gomez graduated from California State University – Channel Island with a Spanish and Sociology degree. He then went on to get his masters degree at Cal State – East Bay. He got his masters degree in Social Work with a focus on mental health. After graduating he did a lot of work with local charities in the San Jose area. Adan enjoyed social work but he soon started to look for different careers with more growth opportunity. Adan joined Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc in June 2011. “I was attracted to ABA because of the work environment and the career path,” states Adan. “I knew that I could get to a management role pretty quickly if I worked hard. I am competitive and when I set my mind on something – I make it happen. I didn’t want to stay in the entry level position for long – my goal was to get to management in 6 months and I hit it!”


Advanced Business Acquisitions, Inc is looking forward to 2012 being the year of promotions. They are expanding into multiple cities over the course of the year and with that comes more opportunity for their employees.
