New Beginners Tai Chi Classes Offered at Birchwood Center

Nyack, NY—Nyack resident and Tai Chi instructor Mitchell Kayden announces a new beginners Tai Chi class at the Birchwood Center. The classes are taught in a creative and fun style in the Yang Style Short Form as taught by the late, great T’ai Chi Master Cheng Man-Ch’ing.

Mitch is a 35-year practitioner of various styles of T’ai Chi Form, Push Hands, Sword Form, T’ai Chi Ruler and various styles of Chi Gung, as well as meditation.

Private classes are also available in Yang Tai Chi Form, Chi Gung and Tai Chi Push Hands.

Date/Time: Thursdays, 7:15 – 8:30 p.m.
Location: Birchwood Center, 85 South Broadway, Nyack
Fee: $15 per class

No experience necessary. Registration is required and classes are limited so call today.
