A Master instructor, 9th degree Black belt, and presently, Chairman of the International Karate Alliance.

It also has Zen philosophy, quotes, teaches martial arts, and has poomse instructional charts. The book has cool content, and gives answer to Time travel, technologies, and much more! The book is AMAZING! My sister, I, and several others of professional backgrounds helped write this Amazing book. Recommended for most ages, and it is a cool book.
