New Comedy Show and Site, FAILocracy: Government by FAIL.

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 5, 2009 -- FAILocracy.com and its YouTube show, the “Weekly FAILdown” are showcasing some of the funniest gaffes, mistakes, “FAIL” moments of politicians, police, and others associated with politics. The site is described as a sort of “Chicken Soup for the Soul” for “libertarians, classical liberals, small-government conservatives, and anarchists.”

FAILocracy.com is, at face value, similar to the popular FAIL blog, but it’s focus is exclusively on politics and government. Users can submit their own pictures, videos, and stories of mistakes, gaffes, and other political mishaps to win prizes, and the highlights will get posted on the homepage. Of those, the highlights are featured in the “Weekly FAILdown” on YouTube.

Highlights on the front page of FAILocracy.com at any given day include such stories as the dropped charges against a New Jersey cop who had been caught having sex with cows on video, (The charges were dropped because there was no law against it in New Jersey.) Obama stating that he had visited “57” states, police playing “Wii Bowling” for 9 hours during a drug raid, and more.

When President Barack Obama spent $1.2 million pitching Chicago as the site for the Olympics, Kevin Breen, the host of the “Weekly FAILdown,” discussed other things that $1.2 million could have bought, including “240,000 Hot and Ready Pizzas,” an entire lifetime’s employment for an average high school graduate, 160 houses at Detroit’s median housing price, 5,599 trips from coast to coast in the continental united states, and 1.2 billion wishes from a wishing well.
