(Free-Press-Release.com) July 23, 2010 --
Apple's supply of the current Intel based iMac range is dwindling ahead of new models that should switch over completely to Intel's Core iX line, insiders report. Resellers have reportedly been told not to expect more shipments of the 21-inch Core 2 Duo iMac, others are being asked to sell all their existing models rather than ask for more. Some news sites expect new models to ship sometime within the next month….
Intel-Based Apple Portable computers such as the MacBook or MacBook Pro line are becoming more popular each month. Reports of accidental damage including liquid spillage arrive at Macologist all the time. Therefore our skills in the repair and salvage of these models has increased rapidly and our expertise has focused towards the diagnosis of such problems and how we can best resolve them with our fast and affordable Apple repair solutions.
The incredibly small desktop model: the Mac mini is difficult to upgrade for the average Mac user who often find they’ll require help with services like RAM upgrade or a replacement hard disk. Macologist is there to help with these requests and offer a full 365 day repairs and upgrades for the range of Core Duo and Core 2 Duo Mac mini models. This means availability extends all through the weekend, Saturday and Sunday whilst including every bank holiday throughout the year.
Older PowerPC processor-based models like the G4 and G5 are mostly no longer supported (officially by Apple at least) and this causes problems when if you own one and wish to increase it’s longevity without incurring the expense of replacing with a newer model. Keeping these models working can be a problem if you don’t know where to turn for a Mac repair or Apple support. Macologist identified this need and extended their own independent support whilst sourcing genuine replacement Apple parts and providing the necessary experience and skills required to keep certain models running a while longer. Therefore if you own a PowerBook G4 or iMac G5 it makes perfect sense to contact Macologist when you need help.
With Apple releasing the new Core i5 and Core i7 MacBook and MacBook Pro models, the new iPhone 4 and the iPad all in the first half of 2010 we can probably expect further updates to the line of Apple computers and devices during the second half of this year. Macologist are at the forefront of independent Apple support in the United Kingdom and like most of us look forward to new Apple models being released to keep abreast of changes in technology and stay ahead with consumer and market trends.
