The new website features over a dozen patient educational videos on various dermatology treatment topics and more are being added regularly. Many of the videos concentrate on cosmetic dermatology procedures such as semi-permanent laser hair removal with the Light Sheer Diode Laser, and brown spot, sun spot, and age spots (commonly called liver spots) removal with the Juvia CO2 Fractional Laser. Other current and future video dermatology treatment topics concentrate on clinical skin conditions such as Rosacea, acne, and skin cancers like basil cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and the potentially life threatening skin cancer, Melanoma. Many of the videos are filmed at the actual dermatology clinic in Miami Beach and feature Dr. Katz and Dr. Rivlin treating actual patients.

The new state of the art interactive educational website is linked to half a dozen social media sites such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, where users and patients can leave comments on the videos and ask questions of the doctors. Said Dr. Brian Katz in a recent interview with Enjoy Miami Beach Magazine, "We believe that an educated patient is a patient that may have a better outcome because she or he will know exactly what to expect during the treatment they will undergo, and have a better idea of the expected recovery timeline and actual results to expect.". Dr. Daniel Rivlin also added, "In my surgical treatment of skin cancers, having a patient that has actually seen the Moh's surgical process, means that patient has less stress and anxiety during the treatment because the steps in the surgery will not be a complete surprise to them".
