New England Venture Network (NEVN) Recognizes DartBoston With Its Annual Community Leadership Award

Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) February 17, 2011 -- New England Venture Network (NEVN), the largest network of young venture capital professionals on the East Coast, will announce the winners of its Community Leadership Award at the nonprofit organization's annual gala tonight at the Four Seasons in Boston. NEVN (www.venturenetwork.vc.) will recognize DartBoston for its industry focus in supporting local startups.

Founded in 2009 on Dartmouth St. in Boston, DartBoston (www.dartboston.com) is a community of ambitious young entrepreneurs and professionals in Boston committed to helping one another build successful startups. DartBoston hosts several different styles of events, including Family Dinners which focuses on creating an intimate setting for aspiring entrepreneurs to meet angels, VCs and experienced entrepreneurs. DartBoston also produces several other events which focus on giving entrepreneurs the experience of pitching to angels and VCs as well as connecting with the other ambitious 20-something entrepreneurs in Boston.
