Servo controlled from mill length through finished workpiece, the Rattunde ACS uses proprietary sawing algorithms to control cutting parameters, resulting in superior blade life, surface finish and length accuracy. A data management system saves all setup functions for quick changeover. Integration with brush deburring, chamfering, machining, inspection, washing, drying and automatic packaging is available.
