New Exercise Video for Breast Cancer Survivors Released

SurvivorStrong has launched a new video called “Shape Up After Cancer”. The video was made specifically for women who are recovering from breast cancer. This is the first video from the recently formed company. The video was formally released in October to coincide with Breast Cancer awareness month. Linda Maloney, Co-founder and Survivor, says “Celebrating the end of chemotherapy and/or radiation is an amazing time. We have developed a 30 minute total body workout with modifications for breast cancer survivors.” The video includes 3 levels of intensity to accommodate all levels.

The Mission of SurvivorStrong is to provide support, resources and tools to promote health, wellness and renewed vigor to cancer survivors.
