FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) March 15, 2010 --
A new online community devoted to unconventional fitness training methods, such as kettlebell training, sandbag training, Indian Clubs training, and more, has just been launched. The website, called MyMadMethods.com, features hundreds of exercises, workouts, free workout plans, articles, and other free information for those looking for a new way to get into shape.
“There are so many great training methods and tools available if you’re looking to get into shape,” stated Mark de Grasse, one of the developers of MyMadMethods.com. “The problem is that no one knows about them!”
The unconventional training methods include kettlebells, heavy clubs, Indian Clubs, macebells, calisthenics, gym rings, battle ropes, sandbags, and sledgehammers. Each method was selected for its efficiency in promoting fat loss, muscle gain, increased strength, heightened agility, and overall body health. Unlike more conventional training equipment that you’d find at a large gym (such as weight lifting machines and treadmills), these tools incorporate multiple muscle groups to provide users with a faster workout that encourages proper movement.
Of the unconventional training methods, kettlebell training is the most widely known and practiced, across North America. Unfortunately, most people don’t know how to use kettlebells correctly, or where to find good information from qualified professionals about kettlebell training. The MyMadMethods online community solves that problem by providing step by step instructions, demonstration videos, pictures, workouts, and free workout plans involving kettlebells. The website also contains a qualified list of kettlebell trainers, gyms, and organizations that specialize in kettlebell training.
The information contained on MyMadMethods.com was contributed by a variety of fitness professionals. These professionals include Lauren Brooks, John Wild Buckley, Sara Cheatham, Mark de Grasse, Jason Dolby, George PKA HIT, Sincere Hogan, Marcus Martinez, and Franz & Yoana Snideman. Each contributor is a qualified and certified professional who is dedicated to each particular method of unconventional training.
The MyMadMethods online community is free to join. While most areas of the website don’t require you to register, you will need to sign-in in order to access the free workout plans. Each free workout plan contains a particular focus (i.e. muscle building, conditioning, strength and power, etc.), training method, and difficulty level. Usually from 4 to 6 weeks in length, users simply need to complete each workout to see massive improvements in fat loss, strength, conditioning, and power.
“We wanted to create a straight-forward directory of the best unconventional training methods available,” said Marcus Martinez, one of the developers of MyMadMethods.com. “With the continued help of fitness professionals around the country, we’re now able to offer a growing source of exercises, workouts, and free workout plans."
