New Girls Clothing Line Ana Louie to Show at Fashion Network-Seattle’s Haute Summer Night: Fashion on the Boardwalk Fashion Show, June 24 in Seattle

(Free-Press-Release.com) June 22, 2011 -- Ana Louie, a line of beautifully tailored dresses and separates for sophisticated young ladies ages 7 to 14, will show at Fashion Network Seattle’s summer runway show Haute Summer Night: Fashion on the Boardwalk this Friday, June 24 at the SODO Commerce Building located at 66th S. Hanford Street, Seattle, WA 98134. Doors at 7:00 and show at 8:00 p.m. General admission tickets are $75.00 and available at Eventbrite.

Ana Louie recently debuted its 1950’s Parisian-inspired Holiday 2011 Collection at a private launch event attended by retail buyers, local media, and industry, and will present to the larger Seattle fashion community and consumers with this showing.

The line was inspired by and named after the founder’s eight year old daughter, Ana, whose eye for style emerged very early and whose drawing and sketches have been realized with fine materials and impeccable construction by Seattle designer Masha Osoianu.

“From a young age, Ana always loved to dress up and pick out her ‘special dresses.’ When she was 5 years old, she started drawing a myriad of dresses, tops, skirts and hats. She would perfect the drawings to better represent what was in her imagination. Crayon drawings eventually transformed into the colored pencil sketches and a select few are the inspiration for our Holiday line,” says Ann Marie Louie, founder and CEO of Ana Louie. “Ana has been involved in the entire process. It’s a joy to witness her dream become a reality and it’s very empowering for us both.”

Behind the beautiful pieces and at the core of Ana Louie is a socially-conscious and China-focused mission. Ana was adopted from Yong Feng, Jiangxi Province China and today so much of the garments we love are manufactured close to her birthplace.
