Ashley Ellsworth acquired her certification in massage therapy in 2008 from Cortiva Institute in Tucson, AZ and is currently practicing as a Colorado licensed massage therapist at New Heights. A native of Tucson, Ashley has been a competitive athlete her entire life and sought to become a therapist in order to help people with the aches and pains with which she is so familiar. Ashley specializes in sports massage, injury work, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques. In her free time, Ashley enjoys camping, hiking, dancing, and playing with her amazing dog, Wilson.
