As Business Development Manager at Gyrus Systems, Mr. Atwood is responsible for the development of worldwide sales operations, and business development. Mr. Atwood brings a wealth of over 30 years of experience with IT Enterprise Sales, Business Development and IT Services providing innovative solutions across a breadth of industries including commercial enterprises, state and local governments and federal government agencies.

Prior to joining Gyrus, Mr. Atwood was an Executive Account Manager for an International enterprise software firm. Mr. Atwood was also the principal at The Penem Group, LLC providing IT Services to fortune 500 companies including Alcoa Inc, Value America and SunTrust Bank. Gene has extensive education in Technology and Sales from IBM, Allen Systems Group, and a Degree in Information Systems.
