New Jersey DWI attorney Pasquale O. Mr. Vella convinced the township Municipal Prosecutor to exclude the results of the Alcotest thus saving an additional four (4) months of suspension of driving privileges as well as what should have been a mandatory interlock device in his motor vehicle.
