New Life Sponsoring Texas SILC Independent Living Conference

The Texas State Independent Living Council (SILC) develops and monitors the implementation of the Texas State Plan for Independent Living, thereby ensuring people with disabilities have support to live with many of the same freedoms that non-disabled people enjoy.
