New North County San Diego Soccer Program for 3 to 8 Year Olds Offers More Than Just Soccer

(Free-Press-Release.com) June 14, 2010 -- San Diego, CA June 2010 -- Soccer Shots is proud to announce its newest location in North San Diego County offering weekly classes that introduce 3 to 8 year olds to the game of soccer. This interactive soccer program is designed to not only teach and develop strong soccer skills, but also improve coordination, attention spans and behavior, using games and activities designed specifically for this age group. This educational and developmental curriculum is available through local childcare centers and park programs.

Aaron Uher will run the local Soccer Shots program. Hailing from Circleville, Ohio, a small town in the Midwest, Aaron grew up in a very active and competitive family. With more than 20 years of experience in organized sports, soccer has an especially significant place in his heart. Soccer has always been a staple in Aaron’s life, from early childhood Sunday leagues to varsity in high school to, most recently, indoor soccer at the local YMCA. He’s excited to pass his love and passion for this great sport on to the next generation in North County, San Diego.

Soccer Shots Partner Justin Bredeman says, “In an eight to 10 week season, the Soccer Shots program teaches soccer skills and character building with the use of imagination and fun fitness activities. The enhancement of a child’s coordination, balance and agility are seen immediately, but it is the building blocks being created for a lifelong love of sports that have the strongest impact.”
