New Object Linking functionality supporting PDF

Manhattan, New York, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) August 17, 2011 -- Aria has now released a new version of the “Object Linking” program which allows the users to add Pictures and miscellaneous file attachments to any entity in the system such as Styles and Sales Orders.

The new program has been completely redesigned allowing the user to link an unlimited number of attachments per entity, it also supports over 50 common file formats.

The redesigned user interface has 3 views: Thumbnails, filmstrip and single file with Zoom functionality. In addition the user has the ability to enter unlimited free-form text per attachment.

Attachments can be printed individually or as part of other Aria reports.

The system also supports PDF file formats with built-in PDF viewer which can be very useful for attaching scanned documents practically giving the user basic Document Archiving capabilities, for instance scanned handwritten copies of sales orders can be attached to the actual Aria Sales Order allowing the user to retrieve it in the future upon request instead of searching for the physical copy...
