New Private Equity Firm To Acquire Manufacturing Businesses In Idaho

Eagle, Idaho, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 20, 2012 -- Boise, Idaho, January 20, 2012- The private equity firm, 43 Private Equity Group, LLC. (“43 PEG”) is launching a new Fund -- Saltwater Creek Fund, LLC. -- for the purpose of acquiring small to medium sized manufacturing businesses the Idaho and Eastern Oregon areas.

The President of 43 PEG, Jim McCune, states that, “The stable economy of Idaho and the infrastructure of the State give us a good basis for acquiring manufacturing businesses. Our firm believes that the manufacturing sector, along with high tech businesses being attracted to the State, can offer much to the economy of Idaho. We want to increase manufacturing jobs in the State.”

43 PEG plans to raise $5 million for investments in small manufacturing businesses. The Company’s target are firms who have marginal to diminishing profit margins, but which have significant upside potential for increasing cash flow.
