New Product Release "GSM SWITCH" with R.F technology combined for the Automated Gate Industry

April 17, 2011

The new "GSM SWITCH" has been developed with R.F and GSM remote control for the Automated Gate and Garage door Industry

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) April 17, 2011 -- The New GSM Switch has been developed to include both GSM remote operation of a single Output Relay via a Land-Line or Mobile Phone and also incorporates an R.F Receiver on board of which can be supplied to meet most countries regulatory compliance.

The GSM Mode allows the output Relay to be operated via a Phone call to the unit in either an Open Mode in which any caller can activate the Relay or by the security mode which restricts the access to up to 250 users that can be stored in the memory of the system.

These numbers are identified as authorized numbers and can be added or deleted via S.M.S or the Software Package supplied free with the GSM Switch system.

The output Relay can be pre-set to latch for a period of 1 second up to 18 hours whenever the unit is called and this pre-set time period can be changed remotely via S.M.S or using the Software package provided.

The Relay can also be latched temporary or permanently on or off via S.M.S without effecting the default setting.

The GSM Switch system allows the caller to be informed by S.M.S whenever the Relay has actually be activated and when it has been deactivated and especially useful when controlling remote

devices where the confirmation that they are working in important.

The R.F function is designed to either mirror the default setting of the Relay or can override the Relay in the either On or Off mode and therefore if the GSM default timer is still active and it is required to be switched of this can be done locally without the requirement to use the GSM mode.

In addition the R.F provides an important back up for the GSM Switch system in the event the Network system failure or in some cases where the Network Sim Card has been barred.

The R.F can also be incorporated into a keypad entry system so as the GSM and the R.F are all communicating with the same control unit.

The GSM Switch system has a full battery back up system which will support the GSM and R.F modules for up to 8 hours and the unit can also advise up to 5 Administrators via S.M.S of the mains Power failure in both Power Down and Power restored modes with an adjustable time delay to prevent false alarms when Power spikes indicate momentary Power Failure.

The GSM Switch system has also been designed with a high gain Internal Antennae which illuminates the requirement of external fittings and antennae’s.
