NEW REFLECTIONS COUNSELING, INC. HIRES RYAN CASTO

Ryan Casto MS, PC joined NRC as the fifth professional counselor. When asked about how he approaches counseling, Ryan commented, "I aim to understand and accept people as they are, to nurture a relationship free of judgment and condemnation. Through questions and observations I help people see themselves in a new light. As our perspective and understanding change, so does our ability to overcome obstacles and live life with more joy and satisfaction. I believe that God gives his healing freely through Jesus, and we can expect Him to be faithful to His promise to heal us and grow us."

Ryan is accepting new clients struggling with: anger management; anxiety issues including obsessive-compulsive tendencies, panic, specific phobias, and problems related to trauma; co-dependent relationships; chemical dependency; depression; marital conflict and divorce; communication; self-care and self-esteem; and spiritual growth. Ryan works out of both the Centerville and Vandalia offices. He graduated from Wright State University with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling.
