Before the new regulations and policies were set in place it was sufficient to simply e-mail a copy of passport or other government issued photo ID together with a utility bill in English and not older than 3 months, this still apply for client whishing to incorporate in Cyprus, Belize, BVI or other places, but today the new regulation has taken place which means all new clients that whish to incorporate a Seychelles company need to provide the above mentioned documentation and as well to be certified by a reputable bank, Consulate, Embassy, governmental body, Notary, lawyer, accountant or other professional body.
Actually it shall not stop you from incorporating a Seychelles company, if a new client does not has this in place at first instance then it is sufficient that the client confirms CCLOGIC Ltd that they have ordered the certification and resend it at the latest 3 business days after the order of the Seychelles company formation has take place.
Does that mean it has to be certified by all mentioned instances i.e a reputable bank, Consulate, Embassy, governmental body, Notary, lawyer, accountant or other professional body?
