Increasing workplace safety standards have required the need to separate people from dangerous or hazardous places and equipment. This has created the need for an easy way to cordon off larger and larger areas in a simple compact way.

The latest RC3000 series achieves this in a unit about the size of a briefcase that is easily carried in one hand, weighing in at less than 6kg for the base unit. The reel is easily locked onto the mounting bracket giving a 180 degree arc of movement. The reels can even be mounted on bollards. Multiple units can be linked to cordon off up to 160ft. or 50 metres in one span with minimal or no need for support.

On the technical side, these new high visibility Barrier reels hold 50mm wide industrial strength nylon webbing in red/white, yellow/black, blue/white and a combination of striping and the lettering DANGER DO NOT ENTER. The reels come as standard at 15 metres and 25 metre lengths which make an impressive range to suit all industries and workplaces. Custom reels can also be made to specific workplace requirements subject to quantities.
