New Septic Law in FLorida Sends Homeowners Flocking to Bio*Green

January 5, 2011 Markets news in Orlando,Florida, United States of America

Florida's new law to inspect and re-inspect septic systems consistently at the owners expense has homeowners flocking to Bio* Green in an attempt to save thousands of dollars.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Orlando, Florida, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 5, 2011 -- Florida's new law goes into effect January 11,2011 and will effect everyone who has a septic system on their residential or commercial property.
The expense goes completely to the homeowner and is said to net the state 1.3 billion dollars every 5 years in inspection fees alone. The following is from the states website and is rather direct. They are pulling no cards here.

Officially as of 1/11/2011, SB 550 will require that all septic tank owners have their tanks pumped and inspected. This must be done whether the tanks have shown any problems or not. Inspection and pumping will probaly cost in the neighborhood of $400-$500. To completely replace some drainfields the cost will be in the range of $3,000-$9,000 or more, plus inspection fees. If you fail to have your tank inspected the fine is $500 per day plus you may also be charged with a misdemeanor. This could get you up to 1 year in jail. If your septic does not pass you may not be allowed to live in your house. The law provides for termination of electric service.
As profound as it is that is reality for Florida homeowners. The solution is found at Bio Green and known as the liquid tornado. Here's how it works.
Bio Green recommends monthly use of the Liquid Tornado to clean your pipes, septic and drainfield. This an all natural product safe on all pipes and with the EPA seal of approval.

The liquid tornado restores faulty drainfields that are slow or completely clogged. These circumstances during the inspection period could cost you $3000-$9,000 in repair costs as indicated by the state. The liquid Tornado will clean this scum, food particles, grease, paper products and solid waste out of your system so it can operate properly.
Now the key is to get started using it as soon as possible. You need the time to clean the system effectively prior to the inspection. Here's what you do.
Instead of using one bottle per month start by using one bottle per week up until your inspection date. There after follow with the recommended treatment at once per month to keep your system running optimal.

Bio Green has come through again for Floridians and as expected will continue to develop and produce cost effective ways for homeowners to maintain their property and for business owners to reduce their operating expenses all while contributing to an eco friendly economy.
