(Free-Press-Release.com) April 21, 2011 --
Anytime a graffiti vandal is arrested or identified, the investigator can send the moniker to an email address (nograf@nograffiti.com) and that info will be added to the web based database. This allows other investigators to inquire on monikers to determine if that vandal has been identified by another agency. This helps cities quickly determine if cases can be closed. The more cities that send in their information, the more cases can be closed. This is a free service provided by the Nograf Network and Gripsystems.org
