(Free-Press-Release.com) January 27, 2010 -- Juba, Southern Sudan – After the series of discussions and collaborations between AMCA Ltd and the Ministry of Housing, Physical Planning & Environment of GoSS, the parties have finally signed the agreement paving the way for the full implementation of the New South Sudan Initiative Housing Project.

The housing project will cover 14 locations across Southern Sudan and each one will form a city which is designed to be in the shape of African animal. Each city will have 500 units of Type A Housing, 1,000 units of Type B, 2,500 units of Type D, 5,000 units of Type C, and 1,500 units of raw houses as Free Housing for the less fortunate families.

It will be implemented by Build-Own-Operate-and Transfer (BOOT) scheme via Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreement between the Government of Southern Sudan through the Ministry of Finance and Abu Malek Companies Agencies Ltd (AMCA).

This will be another product of partnership between the Private Sectors and the Public Sectors, known as the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) that was been adopted by many developed and developing countries around the world... says an Investment Author, Mr. Amando M. Cabana.
