New support platform @ CCLOGIC.COM for corporate support!

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 10, 2011 -- After months of implementing our new support platform – developed by Kayako Inc. – we are now ready to introduce both our existing clients and new clients to our easy-to-navigate support system.
It has long been our wish to upgrade our support system to the latest technology and Web 2.0 standards, but unfortunately this was not technically possible until now.

As well as the secured members’ area, we are working on public tutorials which will guide both our existing clients and new clients through the process of incorporating an offshore company in the jurisdiction of their choice. We will be announcing the new tutorials as soon as they are ready, which is expected to be in mid-May 2011.

What is a tutorial?
An instructional lesson that leads the user through the key features and functions of things such as software applications, hardware devices, processes, system designs, and programming languages. The tutorial is typically set up as a series of steps which progress through levels of difficulty and understanding. For this reason, the tutorial is best followed in its logical sequence in order for users to understand all of the elements of what they are trying to learn.

The term is used widely on the internet as there are many websites that offer tutorials on everything from HTML coding to overclocking a graphics card and now there are also tutorials on offshore company formation. While tutorials can take printed form, the term is more commonly used to refer to online learning programs.
