Creative Conflict Resolutions, a conflict resolution group that specializes in online coaching and books about passive aggression, has released a new system for men that seeks to address the long-standing problem of stopping passive aggression at it’s source.
According to a recent survey conducted by Creative Conflict Resolutions, many men try to avoid conflict because they fear rejection by their spouse. Because of this, says the conflict resolution group, some men become their own biggest obstacle to healing toxic behaviors like passive aggression - they don’t want to address their own inner conflict.
To address this lack of desire to heal behavior they know is wrong (and to help husbands take a good hard look at the real situation), Creative Conflict Resolutions is introducing a revolutionary new book that addresses passive aggressive husbands directly. While the group also offers books specifically for the wives of passive aggressive husbands, this time, they said, they want to offer a solution that gets straight to the point.
"We respect the fact that many husbands don’t want to risk conflict by looking at their situation, but the effects can’t be ignored," says Neil Warner, the creator of the "Six Step System to Stop Your Passive Aggression and Save Your Marriage." "We start by giving the husband simple, non-accusatory answers to his questions, such as ‘Why does my wife say I do this, when I’m only trying to do that?’ Often, we’ll find that at the core of a passive aggressive relationship is a vast miscommunication about behavior and expectations. We don’t want to run him into the ground, we just want him to get a new perspective."
The new system includes a book explaining passive aggression, as well as a workbook with techniques for stopping the behavior. Coaching sessions with Creative Conflict’s "Conflict Coach" and a membership to their online support forum are also included. The system is now available at Passive Aggressive System.
