"The Temple" was once a very popular event location, actually one of the hottest event spots in the city. Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra performed in this 1,800 seat auditorium. Now it's back by popular demand. It's hand-carved columns and intricate chandeliers will act as the backdrop for an evening of elegance and style. Add in special lighting, lasers, gigantic dance floor and numerous secluded party rooms, you will be in awe as soon as you walk in. “NYE 2011 at the Temple is the hottest NYE party in KC,” said Kansas City partygoer Bobby McMillan.
