Great news! Elite Personal Training and Corporate Fitness is now offering morning and lunch time classes!
Starting July 19, Elite Personal Training and Corporate Fitness will be hosting morning and lunch time yoga and boot camp classes! The new classes are 45 minutes of heart pounding card, strength building, and muscle toning workout. Elite Personal Training is located at 571 W. Uwchlan Ave in Exton, PA 19341.
The following are the days, times and descriptions of classes now being offered at Elite Personal Training and Corporate Fitness:
Tuesday 6:00 AM - Power Blended Yoga - Get your day started right. This yoga class combines cardio, and strength building sequences to get your heart pounding and your muscles working. We end class with balance challenges, and a deep stretch to increase flexibility. All the workout you need in 45 minutes. Get up, get your workout done, get to work - rock your day.
Tuesday Noon - Power Lunch Yoga - Take a break from your busy day and join us for this heart pounding, muscle building yoga class. Class also includes balance challenges and a deep stretch to increase flexibility. All the workout you need in just 45 minutes. Get in, get your workout done, get back to your day.
Thursday 6:00 AM - Rock Your Day Early Morning Bootcamp. Yeah, yeah, 6:00 AM is early... would you rather get up, get moving and feel energized and strong, or, stay in bed, keep that low energy, and drag through your day? Join us for this metabolism revving, heart pumping, muscle building workout. All the workout you need in just 45 minutes. Don't just get up and get moving - Rock your day!
