New Yoga Classes for Kids in Londonderry, NH

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 16, 2009 -- LONDONDERRY- Jenny Everett King, Body-Mind Wellness Program Director at Healing Hands Chiropractic- A Family Wellness Center in Londonderry, NH, announces Kids Yoga for children ages 2-11. Healing Hands Chiropractic is a holistic family wellness center offering chiropractic care, massage therapy, acupuncture, reiki therapy, yoga, and childbirth education classes; focusing on prenatal care, family wellness, women's health, and pediatrics.

Healing Hands Chiropractic is pleased to announce the addition of two new yoga classes exclusively for kids to their schedule, beginning September 2009. The preschool class, for ages 2-5, will be held Wednesdays at 10am. The elementary school class, for ages 6-11, will be held Tuesdays at 4pm.
The practice of yoga, especially during childhood, can boost self-esteem and body image, enhance confidence, and promote healthy lifestyle choices.
In addition to Kids’ Yoga, Healing Hands Chiropractic’s Body-Mind Wellness schedule offers general yoga classes for adults, as well as specialized yoga classes for teens and pregnant women.

Healing Hands Chiropractic specializes in holistic care for infants and children. Dr. Jessica L. Caruso, chiropractor, is trained in safe, gentle adjustment techniques for babies and small children. Shalon Da-Nai, LMT, offers therapeutic massage for infants and children, as well as workshops for parents on infant massage.
