NEWCOMER & SCHOOL GUIDE GO PAPERLESS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) August 31, 2009 --
*RALEIGH, NC - Bond Content Publishing announces the release of the 2009 editions of Newcomer and School Guide Magazine. Each publication has been a long-standing resource used by real estate agents, banks, builders, developers and private schools.
The economic downturn has resulted in major revisions and upgrades. Founder and publisher Clyde Bond announced their debut and outlined the scope of the changes:
"Newcomer has been a leading brand in the Triangle region of North Carolina for 22 years. School Guide is in its fifth year. The economic downturn of 2008 pushed our team to formulate out-of-the-box solutions, in order to survive. Initial sales success indicates we have succeeded"
Bond notes that, "It takes no genius to see the serious erosion of paper media. To answer present market realities, our group made two adjustments that we think not only corrects the downturn, but is environmentally and fiscally responsible. For 2009, and beyond, Newcomer and School Guide Magazines are now paperless and are available in digital format only."
Mr. Bond, a 30-year veteran of entrepreneurial advertising, adds that each magazine is also now a statewide publication, covering the six major metropolitan areas of North Carolina.
"Perhaps the most amazing change is that Newcomer and School Guide are now ad-less, too." Bond says that no ads means, "no competitive customers" in his magazines. However, "Each magazine can be customized for clients with his/her photo on the front cover, with a 2-page profile. The cost savings are substantial. No storage, no mailing fees and instant delivery, via email. It's perfect."
Newcomer and School Guide Magazines are available to all realtors at no charge in their generic (non-customized form). Examples may be seen at www.newcomernetwork.com. Recently, the 650-agent real estate giant, Coldwell Banker/Howard Perry & Walston adopted the publications in the digital format.
