NEXCO Holds In-Depth Workshop on Int'l Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

Midtown, NY – NEXCO is holding an educational and training workshop on Complying with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) . This full-day seminar will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. This in-depth seminar will cover jurisdiction process, registration and license processes, license exemptions and more. U.S. exporters of defense articles and services will want to attend to ensure that their shipments comply with ITAR. More information is available at www.nexco.org. The cost for this event is $295 for NEXCO members and $395 for nonmembers. A government rate of $149 is also available.

Speakers include Allan Suchinsky, President of ITD Associates who served for 25 years at the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, U.S. Department of State; Steve Laino & Raymond Zizzo of Anti-Terrorism Contraband Enforcement Team (A-TCET) EXODUS; and KaiWah Chan, Special Agent with the Office of Investigations from Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
