AUSTIN, Tex., April 4, 2011 – NiaSpace, a fitness studio on South Congress, has a new name: Thrive Austin: Fitness for Every Body. In addition to its already established Nia Technique® program, Thrive Austin has expanded its schedule of classes to include Pilates, yoga, Zumba®, dance ecstatic, exotic moves, belly dance and special events,

To celebrate the new name, Thrive Austin is unveiling its new sign on Saturday, April 9 at noon. The name, Thrive Austin, was chosen from more than 100 suggestions in a recent citywide name-the-studio contest.

Thrive Austin focuses on the body and mind through a variety of group classes led by highly qualified, motivational instructors.

“We take a holistic approach to fitness and work with our students to get fit and develop body awareness. Each class is custom-designed so people of any fitness level can spice up their workout routines with Nia, Zumba, or Pilates,” says Thrive Austin owner Donna Starnes.
