Nicole Richie will reprise her role as Heather Chandler on Chuck this October when she winds up at Castle after a prison transfer goes awry. And to make matters worse, she'll be turning up right when there's trouble in paradise between Chuck and Sarah.
The former Simple Life star, 28, first appeared on the NBC spy series in 2008 and shared an intense fight scene with Yvonne Strahovski's character Sarah.
