Nina Petty promoted to Vice President
at Innovative Developers Inc.

Fort Worth, Texas – Nina Petty has been promoted to Vice President Strategic Real Estate Services at Innovative Developers, Inc., President and CEO Glen Hahn announced.

“We are excited about the great value that Nina has brought to our company by establishing critical trusted advisor relationships with corporate and community leaders in business, education and health care,” Hahn said. “Nina is leading our growing consulting services program. Petty, who joined IDI in 2007, has extensive experience in the real estate industry and has been successful on the corporate side and the service side. She spent seven years with RadioShack Corporation, first as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and leaving the company in 2006 as Vice President of Retail Innovation and Strategy. She led the team that “self-developed” the corporate headquarters in Fort Worth, a 900,000-square-foot campus built along the Trinity River that is owned by the Tarrant County College District.

Before RadioShack, Petty spent 14 years with CB Richard Ellis’ Dallas and Fort Worth operations.
Petty is a founding member and current Chair of The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Tax Incremental Finance District and the Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. Board and Executive Committee. She has served on the Improvement District Budget Committee, Strategic Action Plan Steering Committee, Downtown Plan 2005 Committee for Downtown Fort Worth, Inc., and the Central Area Council for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.

She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of Downtown Fort Worth Rotary. She is a past President of Commercial Real Estate Women's Organization and was named one of Fort Worth’s Most Influential Women in 1997.
Petty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from the University of Texas-Arlington and is a licensed broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
