Nintex Workflow 2010, the world’s leading SharePoint workflow product, has a new version available that adds even more functionality to this already easy to use product. Nintex Workflow v2.3 has added improved integration tools to make leveraging your in-house business data and systems even easier. These tools include a “Run Now” feature that allows you to see the results of the workflow integration actions before running them to ensure they are working properly, the ability to disable specific actions with a simple right-click, and a “XML picker” to make InfoPath forms queries even easier.


Another key addition to this new version of Nintex Workflow is the ability to access Nintex Live. Nintex Live is an online catalogue of services and actions. These new actions allow users to leverage web-based intelligence in your business processes to do things such as send Twitter updates, validate e-mail addresses, and sync files with DropBox. Nintex Live also includes actions that interact directly with Office 365 to create a unified business process experience.
