Alberto, at the age of 13 was weighing 230 pounds and was a step away from diabetes! He joined the Lucile PackardWeight Control Program where they DIDN'T give hime a diet but only tools to build new habits. He put all of those tool to work and they helped him in losing more than fifty pounds! Now he is willing to give his time to help his country, USA and around the world against Obesity. He blogs and finds ingnored information in the web that can help us! He shares his experiences with obesity and he is a true inspiration
Now, living in California, he has decided to begin writing his Obesity-memoir. A book in which he is putting his heart and soul. He wants to share his experience as vivid as possible and he has chosen writing!
