If you purchase your Home Information Pack through Pali you can now insure it against your property failing to sell within nine months. If this is the case then you can claim all of your money back.

You pay £30 upfront. If your property does sell within 9 months, you pay the balance of your HIP on sale. Should it fail to sell within nine months you claim all of your money back through the insurance policy, keep the HIP and continue to market your property.

This means you end up with a FREE HIP
