FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 11, 2012 -- Rising star Noh Seung-yul of Korea is aiming to write a new chapter into the book of his still-new career when he begins life on the PGA Tour this week.
The 2010 Asian Tour No 1 earned his US PGA Tour card at Qualifying School at the end of last year, and in doing so he realised his childhood dream of earning the right to compete against the biggest stars of the game.
"I have been dreaming of playing with Titleist 910 D3 Driver on the PGA Tour ever since I discovered golf and this year my dream will begin coming true.

"I am really looking forward to it. I can hardly wait for my first PGA tournament," said Noh as he headed into next week's Sony Open at the Waialae Country Club in Honolulu.
Since bursting onto the Asian Tour as a 16-year-old prodigy in 2008, Noh's stock has risen immensely.
He won his first professional title in China in 2008 to become the Asian Tour's Rookie of the Year and subsequently became the region's youngest ever number one by lifting the Asian Tour's Order of Merit crown courtesy of a popular victory at the Maybank Malaysian Open.
He believes his experience with Titleist 910 D3 Driver on the Asian Tour has well prepare him for the challenges that lie ahead in America.

He said this week: "I have experiences with many type of grasses out there, so the Asian Tour was a good base. From now on, I feel I can fashion a new chapter in my career," Noh said.
The slender Korean, who now trains under renowned swing guru Butch Harmon, hopes to make an immediate impact on the PGA Tour and has set himself some lofty goals.
"A win will be great, I think I have to play Titleist 910 D3 Driver really steady. I'll try to aim for a win and also the Rookie of the Year award. I would also like to qualify for the FedEx Cup play-offs which will be my objective this year," he added..

While the Qualifying School is often regarded as one of the hardest tests in Titleist 910 D3 Driver, Noh said he felt in total control when he finished in an impressive third-place tie in the gruelling six-round competition.
"I didn't really feel any different. But as the days go by and the first tournament comes nearer, I feel pumped," he said.
"I've got used to my new swing and I feel comfortable with my Titleist 910 D3 Driver. And now that my shots are more consistent, my confidence level has been boosted."
Noh is optimistic that he will feel right at home in the USA as there are numerous other Koreans playing on the US PGA Tour, KJ Choi, YE Yang, Charlie Wi and Bae Sang-moon among them.

"I don't think I'll feek lonesome or homesick. I know I will be able to enjoy myself and don't feel it will be too difficult to make the necessary adjustments."
